Naomi Cambell in the Maldives!

Living the good life, Naomi Campbell flaunted her bikini figure while enjoying a sun-filled vacation in the Maldives (pic) over the holiday weekend (27 December 2008).
Accompanied by her Russian billionaire boyfriend Vladislav Doronin, the temperamental supermodel offered a rare smile as she splashed in the water alongside her beau and two of his scantily dressed guy pals.
As for the 38-year-old catwalk queen’s vacation destination, the Maldives is an island nation in the Indian Ocean. Suitable for a billionaire and his supermodel gal, the island nation is the smallest Asian country in terms of both population and area.

  2. Anonymous: You are one narrow minded guy. President Nasheed did not have Shoolaa Shiraaz. Did you see him drinking? No. Did you hear the gossip due to the article published on the internet by some lousy reporter? Yes.

    Think before you say anything.

  3. i recommend president nasheed to sue that idiotic reporter who wrote an article which could mislead the public as well as our beloved presidents popularity, i in strongest terms condemn the writer and his iresponsible writing. ( which this moron umar naseer blushing, umar naseer votes = baathil vote, so better be in your size umar) if it was a country like any other umar naseer would not be able to give a chance to bluff in tv channels cause we know he's not in any caliber to be in politics rather he would have been a trained submarine pilot,

  12. As salaamu alaikum:

This post, these pictures stink! Its in poor taste and it certainly came as a shock to me that it could be posted in “club escape”.

Having said this, this post and these pictures reflects what is truly wrong in this country of ours. As Justin Raimondo would put it, this is a classical example of his

“ BIZARRO WORLD” where everything is opposite. Where, what’s despicable is portrayed as good and what’s forbidden is portrayed as allowed. What’s manifestly wrong is cast as right.

    Wither art we erring into?

Its things such as these that inspired me to ask in the blog “Maldivians for Islam” the question…. “From an Islamic, Social, Economic & General Perspective, "WHAT ARE THE MAIN PROBLEMS THAT WE FACE IN MALDIVES”? Appreciate your input….

  13. President Nasheed (holyness) should go drink a bacardi over naomi! coward!

    ReplyDelete
  14. I'd LOooooooooooooove to "go drink a bacardi over naomi"

    :p

While I concur with Jasmine that the article is tasteless, pointless and utterly useless.. that's often my opinion on a lot of post here :p

As for some of you came here expecting to see Naomi sunbathing in a burqa.. My condolences.

Hope you recover from the sinfulness of it all.

  15. Our Beloved Presidents popularity? HELL...yes HELL...he was never popular and he will never be popular, if he was that popular, why did he fall behind Golhaa the Maumoon in first round, and had to form a f**king coalition to defeat. Even with COALITION "The popular" President got only 9000 more votes than Maumoon. Now who is narrow minded here?

Go lick naomi's ass with the President, maybe Bushy boy will join you

  16. Now this has nothng to do with naomi, but couldnt resist.

    Dr Shaheed told Minivan News:
"Although Shaheed said the Maldives would not be taking any direct action against Israel, it would put pressure on the Israeli government to cease its offensive."

You know what? this is the first time Israeli Govt got something really made them afraid. Atleast they know Maldivian Military action is off the table, but economic pressure will definitely hurt them. Israel heavily rely on Maldives tuna fish.....LOL, go fly kites Mr Kudey the Shaheed

  17. Welcome back Yamin.
Wat rubbis are you talking abt Jasmin. I mean it was my points as well, how can Bush post this while he is advocating on wearing hijab for all maldivians. This is just not his area. But what you my lady saying is rubbish abt wrong prtrayed as right. Wats wrong abt Naomi coming to Maldives and spend some cash so the money is pumped to our own economy- or at lease thats what i think unless some corrupt basturds eat them all.
nothing to do with right or wrong. Naomi has every right to holiday in maldives, but we are confused why bushree would be interested in posting these on his blog.

  18. The contradiction of Maldivian lives... Bushry, you seem to advocate Maldivian women to wear Buruga and follow the other habits of Muslim dress code, etc. And yet, you seem to have elated at the prospect of seeing Naomi Campbell in her bikini.... advertising it on your site, etc.

This is th Maldivian condition vis a vis religious moral... in action. We cannot wear drink alcohol nor wear bikinis. And yet, we can let them do it in front of our eyes and we are there to serve every whim they might have.

    great Bushry!

  19. Buruga, Naomi, Government and Bushry are completely different things. No one is forcing anyone to wear buruga. I have seen many who had buruga and now without them. I know many who had buruga for the fourth or fifth time. So long as we promote tourism, we will have women in bikini or even with nothing. Now all have to live with it,whether we like it or not.

  20. The issue here is not that Naomi Campbell isn't wearing the buruga, but the hypocrisy of Mohamed Bushry posting pictures of the bikini-clad celebrity in a blog which preaches a conservative pseudo-religious ideology. I hope this post proves to anyone who still has doubts the double-standards of self-proclaimed moral guardians such as Bushry, the Adhalath Party, and other all-male factions that spout off misogyny in the name of Islam.

  21. Naomi's aura already kashfed. she has only 2 aura. so no need to wear a burugaa.

  22. Why is Anni becoming so unpopular?

We all are asking this question. I tried to figure this out through political parties and their activists.

So I decided to call several senior members of all parties and hear from them and this is what they have to say.

First I asked a senior member of MDP. He replied, that they are in power for less than 50 days. We have two constitutional crisis and resignation of one cabinet member. We made 5 visits to the islands, one state visit and passed the budget and a lot more. Please don't judge us from the same yard stick of 30 years rule. I think this is not fair.

Secondly I asked a senior member of DRP. He said, we still cannot accept that we were defeated and we are in the opposition. We still don't know whether we are working to elect DRP members or Zaeem and his relatives. We still believe people are paying attention to us, not because we have a better vision for the country, but because we want the people to believe that without our Zaeem this country will go to hell.

So I asked a Jumhooree party's senior executive. He told me, Gasim made a big mistake to resign from the government. Most people have lost faith in him and it is an up hill battle for us to gain the trust of the people again. Many still believe that Gasim is too close to Gayoom.

So I decided to call a very close associate of Hassan Saeed. I was surprised that they were very happy with President Nasheed and they say most of the problems " we" instead of "they" are facing is that members of Jumhooree party still cannot accept that we all ran individually and in the second round we ran to elect MDP and Anni as our leader. In coalition governments it is very important that all members support the leader and work together for the benefit of the people.

So I turned to a senior member of Ibraa party. He said, we are barely existing as a party. It would be better for us to join someone else and we are still contemplating to join MDP or Jumhooree party. Ibraa personally prefer MDP, but MDP is little hostile to us.

So I asked a member of Adhalath party. He was not willing to talk about Anni at all. He said they were happy in the coalition and have no complaints. We will do anything to make this government successful.

So finally I asked Umar Naseer himself. He says Anni has appointed all crooks, thugs and drug addicts. He was still upset about his recent arrest. He was angry, so I reminded him that as a politician, he must cool down and work for the benefit of the people. I also asked him whether he was willing to join MDP or DRP. He hinted that MDP will not accept him and DRP will love to have him on their side.

  23. So why are some people complaining about Anni?

    1. The biggest mistake he made is to take too much interest in Maafushi inmates. Their welfare became his top priority.

    2. Some complain that the recent release of some of the prisoners had increased in more violence in Male, thus blaming Anni for all that.

    3. Most educated people are very upset that he asked Adam Zahir to resign but not Abdullah Riyaaz. Many believes that his connection to DRP ( he grew up in Maafannu Dhoores) and recently to Gasim is too dangerous to the public. Most of the senior army and police officers believes he is the most corrupt security personal among both the institutions.

    4. Many are worried about Kerafa Naseem and Ibrahim Hussein Zaki being too close to Anni. Many believes that they are going to be his down fall. Some are skeptical about Go Go Latheef and his new undefined position. Some suggest he be appointed as the new Home Minister.

    5. Senior government civil servants are worried why Anni is keeping the board of Dhiraagu despite his knowledge that they are corrupt and monitoring public phones They all knows how close the senior management is to DRP. Rumours are that Anni wants to avoid any backlash from the British government.

    6. Many government officials feels Anni had appointed activists to too many senior positions. Some say he has hands off approach, with the rest of the government and ministers working for themselves

    7. Many women feels Anni is too soft on crime and too obliging to Gasim. Majority of women in Maldives hates Gasim.

    8. Most islanders are surprised that Anni is too nice to Gayoom and his cronies still in the islands. They believe Gayoom will be back unless Anni hold DRP responsible for the chaos of last 30 years. Many are still living in fear that Abdulla Hameed and Ilyas might come back.

    9. Most people still want Dr. Mohamed Waheed to play a bigger role in shaping the government. His continuous absence is making many uncomfortable. They want to see former exiles and experts invited to participate in the development of the country.

    10. The working people wants to see more wages and benefits for teachers and nurses. They want less foreign workers and more training for Maldivians. They want Anni to borrow money from World bank and give a chance to the islanders to go abroad and study.

  24. UMARA, DO YOU KNOW ISLAM? WHATS YOUR KNOWLEDGE TOWARDS THE VAST SUBJECT. UP TO GRADE 10!? THATS IT? MOST OF THE PEOPLE WHO ARE TALKING ABOUT OUR RELIGION HAS STUDIED UP TO WHICH LEVEL. DON'T BE IGNORANT PEOPLE KNOWLEDGE IS POWER . DO EDUCATE.
